Works Offline

Not every charity shop can have consistently good broadband, so we have taken a few steps to help. Our solutions operate even if there is no internet availability; however, you still need connectivity to take card payments, so we can also offer a router with 4G, ensuring you can continue to trade unhindered.

We’ve designed our system to be as easy to use as possible, with no complicated setups, and no lengthy training sessions. The EPOS is simple and intuitive, so your shop team can get started straight away.

Highly Customisable

Our system is highly customisable, with screens that can be tailored to suit different shop types and layouts. You can easily adjust button sizes, text, and colours, making it accessible for all users. Settings and functionality can also be applied at individual shop level, giving you complete control over how each location is set up.

Card Payments

Our EPOS supports both integrated and non-integrated card payments. We integrate with multiple card payment providers, so you can choose the solution that's best for you. Integrated card readers reduce double entry on card machines, saving time and improving accuracy at the till.

Interactive Customer Display

 Make every interaction count by encouraging donations, gathering feedback, and showcasing your charity's visuals when the EPOS is idle.
