Works Offline

You can keep signing up donors and printing bag labels even if the internet goes down. All new sign-ups are securely encrypted and stored on the tablet, ready to automatically sync with your donor database as soon as you're back online.

Unlimited Postcode Lookup

Postcode lookup is built into the sign-up form, making it quick and easy for donors by automatically filling in and validating their address details. Best of all, unlimited lookups are included in your subscription -  no caps, no extra charges.

Tailor your Gift Aid Declaration, Agency Agreement, marketing preferences, and policies to match your requirements. You can even personalise the look and feel by adding your own images and brand colours.

Communicating with Donors

HMRC outlines guidelines on when and how communication with donors should occur to claim the Gift Aid. We've developed a fully automated system that ensures you comply with these rules. It even saves you from having to print and send letters through our automated mailing service. Bid farewell to envelope stuffing (except for Christmas cards!)

Repeat Donor Functionality

Existing donors can easily look up their donor ID and print labels for their donation bags, making drop-offs quick and simple. If a donor hasn’t provided an email address before, the system prompts them to add one, helping reduce reliance on paper and reducing paper costs. Plus, it tracks repeat donors to help you understand supporter engagement over time.

Sustainable

Cutting down on paper and postage is a big part of how we’ve designed our retail Gift Aid tools. We’ve taken out paper sign-up forms altogether and encourage donors to share their email instead, so there’s less need for sending donor communications through the post. When letters do have to go out, we’ve got tools to make sure it’s done most efficiently.

Donor Signs Up

Donors can get signed up in just a few minutes through a simple form that asks the relevant tax questions and required information. All donor info is safely stored in the cloud, so everything’s secure & accessible.
